The thermoforming process uses an extruded acrylic but can utilize e-waste to make 100% post-consumer recycled signage. Items like old computers and cell phones that would otherwise be taking up space in a land fill and polluting our environment, are instead recycled for all sorts of valuable materials. Chips from the plastic casing are used to make beautiful signage that still meets all the requirements for ADA compliance. In addition these signs are a great solution for buildings looking for LEEDs certification! Unlike most ADA signage, these signs are true one-piece construction. The letters and Braille will never come off due to weather or tampering which makes them great for high-tra ffic areas.
